날짜 변경이나 취소는 언제까지 가능한가요?
When can I reschedule or cancel my session?
촬영일 기준 2주 전까지 예약금 환불이 가능하며, 그 이후에는 날짜 변경만 가능합니다. 잔여 촬영 비용은 촬영 종료 후 Venmo 또는 Zelle을 통해 결제해 주시면 됩니다.
Your deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before your scheduled session date. After that, rescheduling is available, but the deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance can be paid via Venmo or Zelle after the session.

촬영 후 사진은 몇 장, 언제 까지 받을 수 있나요?
How many photos will I receive, and when will I receive them?
촬영 후 주중에 (테이블 촬영 기준) 150장 이상의 원본 사진을 갤러리로 보내드립니다. 사진은 약 2MB 내외의 파일로 제공되며, 사진을 확인하신 후 원하시는 사진을 셀렉해 주시면 바로 보정 작업을 진행합니다.
Within the week after your session, we’ll send you a gallery with 150+ original photos, approximately 2MB each, for you to review and select your favorites. Once you complete your selection, we’ll begin the retouching process right away.

촬영은 얼마나 걸리나요?
How long does the photoshoot take?
아이가 옷을 갈아입고 스튜디오에 적응하는 시간까지 포함하여 약 45분 정도 소요됩니다. 원활한 촬영을 위해 예약 시간보다 10분 정도 일찍 도착해 주세요. 아이가 편안하게 환복하고 스튜디오에 적응할 수 있도록 도와드립니다.
Our standard session takes approximately 45 minutes, including time for your little one to change outfits and get comfortable in the studio. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your scheduled session time so your child has time to change and adjust to the new environment.

백일 사진과 돌 사진은 언제 촬영하는 것이 좋을까요?
When is the best time to take 100-day and DOHL photos?
백일 사진은 생후 110–120일 전후를 추천드립니다. 이 시기에는 아기가 목을 비교적 안정적으로 가눌 수 있고, 웃는 표정도 더욱 잘 담을 수 있습니다.
돌 사진은 생후 10–11개월 전후를 추천드립니다. 걷기 시작하기 전이면서 낯가림이 심해지기 전이라 다양한 포즈와 표정을 자연스럽게 담기 좋습니다.
For 100-day photos, we recommend scheduling the session around 110–120 days after birth. At this stage, babies are usually able to hold their heads more steadily and are more likely to show their adorable smiles during the session.
For Dohl, we recommend scheduling around 10–11 months old, ideally before your baby starts walking and before stranger anxiety becomes more pronounced. This timing can make it easier to capture a variety of natural expressions and poses.
